To celebrate reaching 500 followers I’ve decided to do my very FIRST giveaway! When I first started this blog, I had no idea how much I would fall in love with it – and how much I would enjoy connecting with all of you.

I would have to say that the community built with my readers and other bloggers is easily my favourite part of the entire process. So I want to celebrate each and every one of you and YOUR favourites too!

To enter the giveaway, here are the rules:

  1. One of my faves is Carrots ‘n’ Cake. Tina, the blogger, is a young woman who shares my interest of staying healthy, loving food, and enjoying fitness. She, like me, has Crohn’s disease so I also appreciate her take on staying active and eating well despite our chronic illness.



  2. I love YOUnfolded, Yentl’s main goal for her readers is to encourage us to unfold the beauty of what makes us who we are. On her site you’ll find words of inspiration, workouts, healthy recipes, along with a popular series called Pay It Forward Friday. The series showcases companies & organizations doing their part to help others and the environment. She’s awesome 🙂

    My biggest obstacle in being healthy is my diet, and I find I feel so much better when I eat low carb or refined carb-free, but it’s so hard to come up with variety in my meals.
    It’s also nice that it’s not a bunch of crazy and hard to find ingredients – simple eats for simply feeling good.
